Adults live around coral reefs and rocky reefs in coastal waters up to 200 meters deep. The body color is silvery white. It has no black spots and its pectoral fins are yellow. The maximum length is over 1 meter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The flesh is delicate and white, and the red color of the blood is beautiful when it is used as sashimi or sushi. It is also delicious grilled or fried, especially with olive oil. In addition, miso soup, in which the head and ara are boiled from water, is excellent with a good broth.
