It is a deep-sea fish that lives in the middle and bottom layers of the sea, at depths of 100 to 600 meters. Its body is shaped like a sea bream. It is 20 to 30 centimeters long. Its body is grayish brown tinged with red, and its mouth and gill cavities are black.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hashikinme is a rare fish that is not often seen on the market. It has a surprisingly firm texture and is delicious. It is a white fish with a slight reddish tinge, and is used in dishes such as simmered dishes, grilled with salt, and sashimi.
