Expensive white fish and also representative ingredient for the summer. Bartail flathead (Magochi) has only recently been prepared in susi. Dubbed as “summer fugu “(blowfish)”. Thinly sliced and rolled with vinegared rice. Its crunchy texture and refreshing taste are good treat for the summer time.
