Rock salt

Rock salt is salt that has crystallized and solidified over a long period from seawater. It is harvested from places that were once the seabed but rose due to crustal movement and became land, or from salt lakes in desert areas that have dried up.

Rock salt comes in a variety of colors, from pure white to pink salt, black black salt, and transparent crystal salt, and the flavor varies depending on the color.
