Characteristics:

Ice goby (Sirouo) is distributed from Hokkaido to Kyushu and the Korean Peninsula. It is about 6 cm long and has an elongated body shape. It is transparent and pale yellow when alive, but turns opaque white when dead. They swim in groups in the middle layer of quiet, shallow water such as eelgrass beds.
