The appearance of Gasuebi

Gasuebi is official name for Kurozakoebi and Togezakoebi.

Kurozakoebi contains a lot of glutamine and alanine, which give it a sweet taste, and arginine, which gives it a mild bitterness and a rich flavor.

On the other hand, Amaebi (sweet shrimp) contains a lot of asparagine and glycine, which give it a sweet taste, and alanine, which gives it a rich flavor, as well as glutamic acid.
