Yamawa Tokubetsu Junmai

Winner of the GOLD award in the Junmai division of Sake Competition 2017. It is fermented carefully at a cool temperature over a long period of time so it has a moderate body and a calm fragrance. It also has a fresh taste. It should be drunk at room temperature, a little at a time. It is a drink that shines through despite its modesty and will not affect how you taste the food. This is a great sake for drinking with sushi. Please store it in the refrigerator.
