Aizuchujou Junmaigenshu

When you take a sip of this sake, you get a pleasant waft of its mellow rice fragrance. Although water is not added to the raw sake, it goes down well and the balanced taste and flavor make it an excellent sake to pair with meals. The alcohol content is a bit on the high side, but you wouldn’t know it, as the flavor is not too strong so it’s enjoyable for most people. It can be served chilled, at room temperature, warm, or hot.
