Winner of the GOLD award in the Junmai division of Sake Competition 2018. It has a gentle aroma and deep flavor with a refreshing aftertaste. The umami of the rice is highlighted in this sake and you can feel the sweet but subtle fragrance, which has a subtle fruitiness. It is dry with an aftertaste that disappears quickly. It is a sake meant for meals and goes well with any dish, but it particular pairs well with preparation methods commonly used for white fish. It’s best to drink cold, but also tastes good warmed. If possible, please keep refrigerated.
